How do I transfer my .com, .net, .org domain names to Hide N Seek?

Transfer a .co.uk/.org.uk to us for just £9.99 per name inc. VAT.

Transfer a .com/.net/.org to us for just £19.99 per name inc. VAT

Our procedures for transferring your domain names to us are as follows:

For a .com, .net, .org domain name

Step 1. Send us a letter confirming the domain names and a cheque for the relevant amount (depending on which domain names) £9.99 or £19.99 per domain name. If you are an existing customer, please confirm your username and password.

Step 2. We will send a 'request confirmation e-mail' to the postmaster@yourdomain so please make sure that you set this up because if we do not receive a positive reply, we will stop the transfer, this is for your security. If you are not an existing customer of ours, we will send you a link which will enable you to set up an account with us, once you have done that please follow these procedures.

Step 3. You will need to notify your admin contact (of the domain name) that they will receive an e-mail from our registrar (TUCOWS) confirming your request and that they will need to reply to the e-mail in the affirmative.

Step 4. Another e-mail will also be sent to your current registrar who will send an e-mail to the owner of the domain name and the admin contact. These need to be replied in the affirmative also. If one reply is received in the negative, the transfer will not take place. All replies must be sent within 6 working days otherwise the procedure will be terminated.

Step 5. Once TUCOWS (our registrar) have received affirmation they will then action the transfer.

Step 6. Please check your control panel as to the status of the transfer of your domain name.

For a .co.uk, .org.uk domain name

Step 1. Send us a letter confirming your domain names and a cheque of £9.99 (per domain name) Please confirm your username and password if you are an existing customer.

Step 2. Ask your current ISP to change the TAG (of your domain name) to HIDENSEEK. If you cannot contact your ISP then you must send a letter to Nominet (or a fax to 07004 443326) requesting the TAG change.

Step 3. We will send a 'request confirmation e-mail' to the postmaster@yourdomain so please make sure that you set this up because if we do not receive a positive reply, we will stop the transfer, this is for your security. If you are not an existing customer of ours, we will send you a link which will enable you to set up an account with us, once you have done that please follow the procedures outlined above.

Step 4. Please check your control panel as to the status of the transfer of your domain name.
