Professional computer engineer, on an as required basis.
Where you have a software related technical problem you will have
a support telephone number, on ringing the number you will be greeted
by a call logging member of staff who will record a detailed account
of the problem and provide you with a reference number. Once the
call has been logged the call will be passed to a relevant member
of staff to contact you and resolve the problem.
Our Staff have experience supporting companies such as NatWest,
Credit Suisse, AT&T and Barclays as well as many small and medium
sized businesses.
We offer the following cover;
BRONZE - Support from 9am - 5pm
Monday to Friday
SILVER - Support from 9am
5pm Seven-day cover
GOLD - Support 24 hrs a day 7
days a week

Single Payment Support Plan
hide n seek will sell IT support in blocks of eight units, each
unit represents 30 minutes.
Generaly, clients who wish to use the single payment support plan
will buy time in advance. Time is then simply deducted from their
total as and when it is used.
The disadvantages to this plan include:
Customers will not receive the same discounts allocated to
retainer support plan subscribers
Customers will not receive a guaranteed response time
