An initial set-up charge will be made if communications equipment

On Site Support
Where the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will make a member
of our staff available to visit your premises and fix the problem.

Retainer Support Plan
The retainer support plan is designed for clients who heavily rely
on IT services and simply cannot afford to have their systems out
of action for too long.
The benefits:

Unlimited telephone support

A response to any problem or query within 4 hours

Single Payment Support Plan
hide n seek will sell IT support in blocks of eight units, each
unit represents 30 minutes.
Generaly, clients who wish to use the single payment support plan
will buy time in advance. Time is then simply deducted from their
total as and when it is used.
The disadvantages to this plan include:
Customers will not receive the same discounts allocated to
retainer support plan subscribers
Customers will not receive a guaranteed response time
